On 17 October, Crédit Agricole S.A. hosted the association Nos Quartiers ont des Talents and its beneficiaries for a coaching workshop.

Twenty or so young graduates selected by the association benefited from a personalised coaching session led by human resources professionals from Crédit Agricole S.A., Amundi, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring, Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (CACIB) and the Crédit Agricole S.A. group’s Recruitment and Diversity task force.

During this coaching workshop, the participants were able to watch a presentation of the Group, take part in interview simulations and familiarise themselves with aptitude tests used by the Group.

Each young graduate also received a “Kit of useful job-finding tools”, offering job search strategies, advice on how to create a CV and techniques to help prepare for job interviews.

Hot topics like managing one’s online reputation and looking for jobs on recruitment sites were also addressed.

Established in 2006, the association Nos Quartiers ont des Talents aims to support young graduates with four or more years’ post-secondary education, mainly from working-class areas, in their search for employment.

Crédit Agricole Group, which is one the association’s founding partners, is currently seeking sponsors to support its beneficiaries via the volunteering assignments posted on the Solidaires website.
